How to Order

Please place your order by emailing us via the “contact us” page with the following information:

1. Product Details: Item name or book title.

2. Shipping Information: Full name, address, postal code, and telephone number.

3. Special Requests: Please let us know if you have any specific requests regarding shipping or packaging.

Shipping & Tracking

Once we receive your email, we will send you a quote including shipping costs. We offer reliable international shipping via Japan Post (EMS) and Yamato Transport (International TA-Q-BIN). After shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Payment, Customs Duties and Taxes

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary depending on your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (rare books, vintage items, and one-of-a-kind crafts), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal reasons or "change of mind." However, if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the situation and proceed with the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Please note that for vintage and handmade items, slight imperfections are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
